1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if:
✔ The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
✔ The t-shirt is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
✔ You initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns will NOT be accepted if:
❌ The product has been used, washed, or altered.
❌ The original tags and packaging are missing.
❌ The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
2. How to Initiate a Return?
To request a return, follow these simple steps:
1️⃣ Email Us at contact@bletton.in with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Attach clear photos if the product is defective or incorrect.
2️⃣ Our team will review your request and approve the return if it meets our policy.
3️⃣ Ship the product back to our return address (details will be provided upon approval). Return shipping costs may apply unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4️⃣ Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund.
3. Refund Process
✔ If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
✔ Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Bank/UPI/Credit Card/Debit Card).
✔ If the payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will initiate a refund via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Exchange Policy
- We allow exchanges for size and color issues, provided the product is unused and in original condition.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- If the required size or color is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.
5. Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after receiving the product.
6. Important Notes
✔ Return shipping costs: If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
✔ Processing time: Refunds and exchanges take 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
✔ Store Credit Option: If preferred, we can issue store credit for future purchases instead of a refund.
